If you have email accounts defined (that is, going through the Tools menu, to the Emails Accounts routine) then all you need to do is click the Send/Receive key and you'll be able to download email. However, if it's Yahoo! email you're talking about, then tough luck! You can't get to Yahoo! email from Outlook...

You must set up POP access, if your e-mail provider allows this. Once you've entered the correct POP server information, you can send/receive e-mail.
