The antis are all going to say they would turn him in but in reality they most likely wouldn't and if they did well they weren't friends in the first place and don't have a heart or brain. They've never had anything like that happen to them so they can't imagine it. How would I know if they have or haven't? Because if they did, they wouldn't be antis. To the person who reported the brother in law who he/she 'loved' so dearly, it's a lie. You can't possibly love somebody and take away their opportunities for a better life. I would want the best for my best friend and family, screw what the government says, IT'S A LIFE OVER A PIECE OF PAPER and any person with half a brain and somewhat of a heart could notice that.
I would keep fighting for amnesty or something like it like I have, I would never stop being my best friend's friend, never report him, I would keep protesting and marching until my feet fell off. To the anti who helped an undocumented stay in the U.S. knowing his status, my respect towards him/her would be gained because he/she has finally looked at that person as a human being instead of a 'criminal' or a statistic. And about Tom Tancredo, he was just giving a job to somebody that risked their lives for it and worked hard to find one.

would u believe that person to be truthful to his beliefs ??? I don't know, I can't speak for them cause I am me
did u knew than Tom Tancredo was in problems in the past for hiring an undocumented immigrant ???
No I haven't read the Tom Tancredo bio. I am not in distress over what Tancredo is or is not doing. I am only interested in what I am doing. For your question of yesterday, if I am supporting illegals it would be not only foolish but dumb to hock everything I have to start a legal defense for who you say will face a 10 year ban costing me thousands of dollars, when in reality one could just pay a smuggler say $ 2000 give the person a new id end of problem unless they do something dumb or stupid the 10 year ban is meaningless, may I prove this by the women in Chicago where if you go to a certain place you can have a 10 year ban,20-30-40 year old ban but there are places to turn to, to wait it out.

What do I do?
-I tell him he has 72 hours to turn himself in.
Do I stop being his friend?
-Absolutely not. As a friend, I give him the opportunity to do it for himself, before I do it for him.
Do I help him fight for an amnesty?
-If he applies for it? Yes.
Do I report my BEST FRIEND to the ICE?
-Sure. I reported my brother-in-law, who I loved dearly, so why not my best friend?
What do I do, assuming than the only way for him to be legal is through an amnesty?
-I do what I can to find the information he needs to obtain it, if he applies for it.
How likely is a person who is against the undocumented immigrants being here in the USA to help one of them to stay in the USA?
-Depends upon the circumstances.
What would my reaction be if I found out that someone who is against the undocumented immigrants being in the USA helped an undocumented stay at the USA knowing about their status?
-I would report them, if they did it illegally.
Would I believe that person to be truthful to his beliefs?
-Again, it depends upon the circumstances, and how it was handled.
Did I knew that Tom Tancredo had problems in the past for hiring an undocumented immigrant?
-Nope. Who is he?

You mean that he's an ILLEGAL alien - get him to go home! If he won't, I will turn him in. I wouldn't give him a deadline to turn himself in because he would probably run and they couldn't catch him. Sorry but I don't have friends that are criminals!
Illegal immigration has nothing to do with race. It is about the law. Illegal aliens are not suppose to be here!
I hate the term "undocumented." It makes it sound like they have only a parking ticket.
I highly doubt that Tancredo had problems regarding hiring illegals. That would have been all over the news if it was true.

What would you do, if your best friend was all of a sudden found to be a robber, a rapist, a murderer, a forger, a hit and run driver ...basically a person who does not obey the law?
I would first have to ask myself the question, "What is it about me that attracts me to such a person?"
I would very deffinately make me draw away and distance myself from such a person. People that knowingly break the law, I have found can drag me into the wrongness of it, if I allow myself to continue to be close with them.
I would, as a friend tell them I would do what I could to be helpful within the law if there was some way to.
CLEARLY, anyone who knowingly helps a criminal to continue on in their criminality makes a bad situation worse.

What do youy mean "an undocumented"? If you mean an illegal alien I would do everything I could to have them removed from the country in the most unplesant way possible. Besides being a criminal my "best friend" has been lying to me, making me a part of the crime. Deportation is too good for them, throw them out of airplanes over the ocean.

Tough question. I would probably try to get him to go back on his own, if he did this, I would do everything in my power to get him across legally. If he would not and insisted on staying here illegally, I would probably then report him and have him sent back by ICE, then I don't know if I would help him get back across or not.

I would not report my friend- instead I would try to figure out a way to help her become legal. There are different circumstances why people come and stay here, and I- as a foreigner myself know that.

He wasn´t my best friend, but I was friends with an illegal from Guatemala. I also have illegal relatives in the US. I haven´t turned them in, and never would. I just keep my nose out of it.
