the key ingredient that is missing is chlorine - a very powerful chemical
it will clean the municipal water system - and by the time it gets to your house - still have enough efficacy to kill the flora and stuff in your digestion system that you need -
and an antibiotic will also do the same thing - SO
I drink bottled or filtered water - since it does not have chlorine
And your digestion system is a main player in your body!
SOOooooooo - you need to take what's called a probiotic -
can be found in capsule form with additional fiber in some products - or in yogurt, particularly, one of the new ones
has the bacillus that provides the good stuff
and what's really neat - the good stuff will outgrow the bad stuff and make your digestion better
so tap water - ? I have given up on it (except to wash dishes and hands)- even have a filter on my shower
best of luck!

It depends on where you live. I've spent a good deal of time in Memphis, TN, where the tap water is actually a lot more pure than the stuff in the bottles, assuming reasonable plumbing in the building. I've also been places where the tap water was the color (but alas not the taste) of beer. Most locales fall between those extremes.

Depends. A lot of bottle water is from a tap.
At work we have a water filter and keep a jug of water in the fridge and I drink that although some bring in their own bottled water.
At home I fill the jug we keep in the fridge straight from our tap and we don't have a filter.
I am still alive, I am still kicking.

I personally drink a bottled water called Fiji. I never drink tap water, unless it's boiled for coffee. I think bottled water is better for you than tap because it's pure and filtered. Tastes much better too!

There is nothing wrong with tap water if it tastes ok. I use bottled water sometimes for convenience. It is cold, I don't need a glass, and there is nothing to wash afterwards. It is always a good idea to keep a case in case of water problems. Broken pipes, power failures, etc.

Some places the tap water is not ok to drink right from the tap. The ideal situation is a deep water well.
We have a reverse osmosis system installed in our home. We still have minerals and stuff in our water, but the bad stuff is filtered out.

Depends on the area you live in. Many areas have higher amounts of chemicals and pollutants than other areas in the ater systems and thusly this reflects in the chemistry and taste of the tap water. I use a Brita water filter and that works just fine for me. No metallic or chlorine taste.
