I live near a Unity church, and have attended it many times (although I'm Catholic). I have many Unity friends. Don't confuse Unity with the Unitarian Univeralists. The longer version of the church's name is the Unity School of Christianity. They're one of the more liberal Christian groups, and are quite big on tolerance and acceptance. They're also into affirmations. Unity is one of the "New Thought" churches, which means that, denominationally, it's related to Christian Science and Religious Science. It was started by Charles and Myrtle Fillmore.
Here are five basic Unity principles:
1. God is the source and creator of all. There is no other enduring power. God is good and present everywhere.
2. We are spiritual beings, created in God’s image. The spirit of God lives within each person; therefore, all people are inherently good.
3. We create our life experiences through our way of thinking.
4. There is power in affirmative prayer, which we believe increases our connection to God.
5. Knowledge of these spiritual principles is not enough. We must live them.
Note: I found those principles online. The Unity church bulletin I'm holding words the principles differently. So there are several versions. Here's a children's version of the 5 principles:
1. God is all good and active in everything, everywhere.
2. I am naturally good because God's Divinity is in me and in everyone.
3. I create my experiences by what I choose to think and what I feel and believe.
4. Through affirmative prayer and meditation, I connect with God and bring out the good in my life.
5. I do and give my best by living the Truth I know. I make a difference!

Do you mean the unity church? They're not really Christians... Assuming that's who you mean, their basic principles are:
1. There is only one Presence and one Power active as the universe and as my life, God the Good.
2. Our essence is of God; therefore, we are inherently good. This God essence was fully expressed in Jesus, the Christ.
3. We are co-creators with God, creating reality through thoughts held in mind.
4. Through prayer and meditation, we align our heart-mind with God. Denials and affirmations are tools we use.
5. Through thoughts, words and actions, we live the Truth we know.
