I would wait until at least the next day. Drink plenty of non-alcoholic fluids and eat healthy. The white cells you lose are the ones that would fight infection. Keep the piercing clean. Platelets control clotting. Also, you might just ask at the blood donation center and piercing place. They probably know if it's a good idea or not. I would definitely reccommend not getting the piercing before you donate blood. That's one of the questions they ask about. I've always said no, so I don't know if that would defer you from donating or not, though. Good luck!

You can get a piercing. Just make sure you have had sugars (natural sugars, like the kinds in fruit) to replenish what you have lost. You should not bleed any more than normal for a piercing, and white blood cells will only apply if you get an infection, so keep it very clean! (rubbing alcohol even though they say it dries skin out, nothing cleans better!)

you can still get pierced, it wouldnt really make a difference, seeing as how you really dont bleed that much after a piercing(i guess it depends on where it is.)
you should eat something afterwards and drink orange juice, this helps to replenish the proteins and vitamins in your plasma

white blood cells have nothing to do with bleeding excessively, its the platelets in your blood that control clotting, but white blood cells do help with infection, but you are not losing these in plasma, which is usually what you are actually giving when you give"blood"

ummm i would def not recommend getting a piercing after giving blood. bc u will have low white blood cell count which helps in he healing process, wait 24 hrs so you dont bleed excessively!

Your body can replace your donated white blood cells in 48 hours, and you need them to fight infection. Wait that long.
