You just would state the church or location where you are having the vow renewal ceremony or blessing, and the address, time, date. Then add dinner to follow at our home.
Easy.

I would just word it like a wedding invitation, but say you want them to join you in ceremony to renew your vows.

How about, "We, ________ and _________ request the honor of your presence as we renew our marriage vows on(date)at(time), at (place), " and then the reception information if there is to be one, just like regular wedding invitations?

go to www.dfwx.com they have all kinds of wording for all types of ceremonies. this is where I got my whole ceremony from i picked wording from a few different ones and pieced together my own ceremony so at least I know mine will be unique.
