Chile relleno, shrimp enchiladas with green sauce, and any kind of tacos (fish, carne asada, carnitas, chicken, lengua...etc.)

Gorditas from street vendors in Mexico. I've tried them at a couple Mexican restaurants here in the States and they aren't the same!

I love chicken with mole. But its gotta be good mole! Not every place makes it well.
I also like having tamales as a side dish.
And for desert flan!
My least favorite is grilled cactus.
