its kind of a personal question but....my mom and dad are fighting a little and when they do my dad will swear maybe calling my mom a name. and when this happens my mom is mad because I don't say anything. I don't want my dad to hate me because my mom will say stuff to him back....what should i do?

Exactly what you have been doing. Say nothing. It is not your place to get in the middle of your folks' arguements.

this is not your fight, but your parents fight. you mom should not expect you to get involved. it's not fair to put you in the middle and you should say that to mom. tell her i love you both and, truthfully, i wish you didn't fight; but, if you have to, than the fight is just between you and dad - i'm not part of it and i won't get involved, don't expect me to, and i don't think it's right that you expect me to.

Well, it's not right for your parents to fight around you. It's not right for your mom to expect you to get involved. When they start to fight, leave.

what would their fighting have to do with you. If it is their fight then tell them to leave you out of it.
