I cannot explain this question as well I would I like to but I remember there being something about two or three Popes in the Roman Catholic Church having special titles added to their names such as "His Most Holy" or something like that. Perhaps it had something to do with the number of Popes that had been named Saints? If anyone has perhaps any idea of what I am referring to I would appreciate it if you could add some more details for me.

Thanks

two popes had 'the great' added after their names to distinguish them from other popes of the same name (Leo, Gregory). was that it?

That is the absolute agrandizement of the word humility. Jesus showed His greatness by washing the feet of his apostles, and telling his disciples that their work is to serve. The Pope is wearing a very expensive red shoes, and he has guards before the palace doors, a household help that prepares his everyday clothes, a platoon of kitchen servers that prepares his daily meals, a luxury and bullet proof car that carries him wherever he goes. That is the far cry from benefits of Jesus when was doing his mission and the title given to the Pope as " His Most Holy" may not be really for him personally but for the symbol he carries... and that is Jesus.

I can not, unfortunately, give you the information you need. Neither can I tell you why as "Christ's representatives on the earth" imagine that it's OK to disobey Jesus clear teaching against the use of titles.

I think it's like the Crips & Bloods -- if they were a member of a gang.
