There's not really one "first thing" - it depends on what the context is: location, proximity, means of introduction, etc (i.e. the first thing I notice about a new coworker is not usually the first thing I notice about someone at the beach...) But in general, if she's far away, I notice her body mostly: proportions, clothes (style, quality, fit), how she carries herself... If she's right in front of me I'll first focus on her face: her age, looks, mood... But if there's something that really stands out - that will obviously be the "first thing" I notice (bright blue eyes, some large body feature, revealing shirt, etc.) (FYI, I'm a happily married guy and these are just reflexive assessments I'm talking about, not calculated babe watching!)

I'm not a guy but what I notice that guys notice first is usually their fisique. Most guys look first at the back side of the girl, back, butt and legs. Then if they like what they see they will go in fot the front, boobs,stomach, and legs in front. If they like that too they will probably get to know you better. Always remember thought hat looks aren't everything and no brains and unkindness can be a HUUUUUUUGE turn off! Flaunt what you've got and flaunt it proudley!

Normally the first thing I notice is whatever stands out the most. It can be big, dark, beautiful eyes. Thick, red, kissable lips. Soft long hair. Long legs in a short skirt. A huge pair of Ta-Ta's. Whatever!

Looks, I look at their butt first, then I look at their smile. That is very important to me. Physical does come first, but anyone can look beautiful if their personallity is good. The trick is not to worry about what people think. Dont be shy and just have a good time.

Her personality first always to me then the looks. Some hot girls are jerks and heartless but guys overlook some girls. I notice all girls and all that i know has great personality

How she presents herself, does she care how she dressed when she walked out the door?
If I actually talk to her, it's how intelligently she can speak, while still being a "regular" person.
If she says "like" every other word, she's done.

the first thing would be either her hair or her eyes(depending on which way she is facing)
Her hair tells me how well she takes care of herself
Her eyes tell me more than she wants me to know.

Her smile, if she's smiling. But lips u know facial qualitys, expressions. You can tell a great deal by someones facial expression.
