I'd bet my bottom dollar this is the order of which they notice first.
1) Hair
2) Eyes
3) Overall shape
4) Breasts
5) Buns
6) smile

Her hair, makeup, and dress. Women will spend hours on this( to this day I still don't understand why) and if they spend that much time working on their presentation they expect a man to notice. Unfortunately men never seen to notice. So I always complement a women on one of these things. And everyone knows flattery will get you everywhere. By the way nice picture.
