So many complications needs some fundamental treatment. Unfortunately Allopathic system is not effective in curing multiple complications - it would only aggravate her condition.

She should take alternate treatments - my recommendation is Ayurveda system practiced in India.

She can mail me if she needs any info/assistance on getting some Ayurveda treatment.

She needs a specialist. I'd start with a rheumatologist, You might also be seen by an endocrinologist, and or a neurologist.
Some of your conditions might be caused by your medication, particlularly the nausea, and vomiting. You might also try a pain management system. If seeing a new doctor I'd suggest she take the article above to help her remember, and also not have to to through the symtoms again and again. Hope you feel better soon!

could be lupus, an often misdiagnosed ailment. it's a real serious autoimmune disorder, where the body attacks itself causing so many symptoms. it usually affects women in their 40's for the first time, even if they had no problems before then. lupus can cause blindness, and skin scarring. many women suffering with this condition r brushed off by doctors as hypochondriacs. it's enraging, cause then they r left 2 suffer with this serious illness going unchecked.

Menopause at 21? That's just at the beginning of life!

She needs to see a different doctor, or a team of them. I think she might find the help she needs at Mayo Clinic.

Good luck.
