It's what's called "Blind Rage". For example: a person comes home to find his wife in bed with his best friend - goes into a blind rage and kills them. For a long time this was considered to be temporary insanity, but now days it is really hard to prove. You are displaying the classic symptoms - which are blacking out and the adrenaline rush.
There are mainly two types: Most of the times it is when a quiet, mild mannered person is pushed too far. It's almost as if your body doesn't know how to handle the anger. Then there are people with anger management problems who for any little thing flies into these rages.

Rage and anger is one of the triggers for mental illness. It can take your mind over the edge one day and you may not make it back. You need to learn how to deal with stressors without getting so angry and upset. There are other ways to deal, so start seeking before you get into some serious trouble. My uncle snapped with rage one day after returning home from a war, and spent the rest of his life in a mental hospital.

I'll bet you are generally a nice guy. But, you never let yourself get angry. When you feel angry you disregard it, ignore it and stuff it down. Just because you don't pay attention to the anger that you have been stuffing down, doesn't mean that it goes away. The stuffed anger gets stored in your body. When the body can't take anymore stuffed feelings, those feeling start 'LEAKING' out (you explode in rage).
Every time you don't allow yourself or you aren't allowed to fully experience an emotion, to feel it, and to move through it, the energy of that emotion becomes stopped and blocked in your body. It remains blocked until you go back and re-experience that emotion. Then the energetic block is freed and cleared. Virtually all of our physical ailments come from energetic blocks in our bodies, energetic patterns that are connected to our emotional patterns
One good way to get rid of past and present anger is to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Emotional Tapping. In EFT you apply gentle acupressure tapping to specific body points to release blocked emotions. EFT is easy to learn (you can learn the basics in 15-30 minutes). You can use EFT anytime, anywhere for any emotional or physical issue. EFT works quickly and painlessly. One basic round of EFT takes about one minute to complete.
Please download the FREE EFT Instructional manual from the EFT website (www.emofree.com).
I learned how to use EFT last year and now use it everyday. EFT really works.

you may have a serious anger problem and need anger management therapy. unless your life was in jeopardy you shouldn't do that to someone. i'm sure if there are any charge pressed against you then you may be court ordered to go to anger management classed if that is the case then get what you can out of it and maybe see a doctor because you could also have some depression problems and you may need some meds as well. good luck

You have much pent up anger, and displaced anger, can be a terrible thing..your rage will put you behind bars if you don't get some counceling and some help soon...this could be part anger, and part just plain mean that you inherited...so please, before you do something you are really sorry for, Pray for help, through God, and Jesus, and don't do something that will destroy you life or someone elses...
