At least once a day for me, sometimes more depending on the events of the day.
It's a normal action, and you shouldn't feel ashamed at all for it!!!

Well it just depends on what time of the month it is because at certain times during your 28 day cycle your sex drive hightens but on average I'd say for me probably 2 or 3 days out of the week. But then it's a few times each of those days too though, lol. Then sometimes I won't at all one week. Women tend to be more sexually aroused around the week at the middle of their cycle.

I'm not sure if there is a "norm".. most of the time, I go for months without it and will only do it every once in a while (I live with my boyfriend, so I don't usually "need" it). When I'm single, I suppose once a week IF that.

I suspect that there isn't really an average. Some girls do it daily, while others never do it.
