In low humidity, 20-30 minutes until it's dry to the touch. I would wait 24 hours before putting on a second coat though.

30 minutes to one hour usually makes it dry to the touch. 4-6 hours is usually the recoat time. 10-30 days for complete cure time. Paint however is temperature and humidity dependent so these times can be extended in areas of high humidity or moisture content, lower temperatures, or lack of air flow.

I give it about 2 hours between coats. Any less and it seems to run. Higher humidity... I'd wait longer.

IIRC, a complete dry/cure takes years, but I doubt that's the sort of info you were looking for

Typically about 4 hours on the newer paints but i would give it 6
