if i were to meet you in the street or anywhere and you were single and i was to look up and say "GOD you're beautiful can i take you away and give you everything you ever wanted and more and treat you like a queen" what would your reply be? be brutally honest

I would be flattered but first I would be completley freaked out.
It's much to forward of a reply... especially if you don't have a close friendship with this person, and even then that's pretty intense.
I think both girls and guy enjoy a chase... and "taking someone away and giving them everything" isn't much of a chase.
A lot of times you need to work for a persons affection (many small steps, done not spoken) to help establish trust, balance and most importantly love.
But hey if you're just trying to get laid... who knows perhaps 1 in 20 girls will respond well to your line.

The surrounding situation is also important. Imagine that there are plenty of people around and they hear you saying these words or there is noone next to us,and only I hear your words. In the first case I would become interested and expect you to give some additional information, in the second case I would probably ignore your comments and run away.

Personally my answer would be I am very happily married and am not interested in any thing that you have to offer. Now single girls that think that you are attractive would probably jump on it and there are also the girls that are only after money and jump at any opportunity to be given everything that they want in substitution to happiness

Definetely would not go with him. Depends on how he looks, if he's ugly, I would turned him down instantly even if he is a sweet talker. They may treat you like queens but they don't know how to treat you right. And too good is even bad. So NO.
