of course it does... you don't want it to me too small but too big is not good either... from experience, it takes a while to get used to a big one... can be painfull .

not for procreation purposes, however asthetically it may matter since western society equates penis size with masculinity.
however many women claim that girth is better then length for sex. Also the average penis size in most condom studies is between 5-6 inches in length and 4-5 inches in girth.
Also size depends on the women since some women like different sizes same with guys and womens breasts.

U know what if your a guy asking then let me tell u something size doesnt matter i mean some girls have a big ****** and guys dont complaint so why should girls complaint about guys its the movement not the size!!

You are obviously concerned about your small size...
Vagina size varies almost as greatly as does penis size..
A vagina is designed to stretch out & discharge a baby
which is larger than ANY penis...
All normal sized vagina's & penis's fit together just fine..
Obviously a large vagina & a small penis may have problems.
Penis girth is more important than length...
Average international penis size is just over 5 inches..
Smallest average is found amongst Indian men which is
below world average.

Depends on what you are talking about,lol. But, in almost all places, yes it matters. If you are talking about what you are hinting at, then you should know if you have enough to matter or forget about in the womans mind. Good luck measuring.

Size does matter. Some women like smaller, or average, and some women like large and above average.

As long as its not real small then no it doesn't matter. Too big isn't any good either. It depends on your partner and what shes like and use to.
