Is this what God wants parents to teach their children? Get a secured credit card before they leave 2nd grade!!!

The news media didn't really stay what grade level, but it was talking about the money management for children. Don't give money for chores, but give money for extra things they do in and around the house.
I think this would be a huge mistake if parents allowed their child(ren) to obtain a "secured" credit card.

i think a requirement of high school would be for kids to be taught how to manage credit cards and how to read the fine print.

I think the joke is that the government provides for public education, but they fail to teach their citizens how to file their taxes.
Isn't this something that should be taught in public schools???
