Has anyone ever had a left temperal lobe ressection? If so how was the surgery and recovery?

I have treated a patient with temporal lobe resection, I saw her after the recovery, memory, balace, insomnia and emotions were the major problems that the patient had. But post op problems will depend on the extent of the lobe removed, talk to the neurosurgeon at length about what to expect after the surgery, good luck
