no.. you wont see results the next day. it takes time! and the less you LOOK for change, the more youll notice it later.. as well as other people noticing. it doesnt just drop off when you run and it drops off depending on how often you work out, but it make take about a month - 2months. and yes of course doing these activities will burn fat faster and boost your metabolism. and probably make you hungrier.. but i wouldnt go eat mcdonalds, eat something healthier

To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume (which you probably know). You can workout like the dickens one day but any change you see on the scales the next day is going to tend to be water-weight lost (from sweating).
One can lose weight quickly, but 2 - 3 lbs a week is a good rate, and 4 lbs a week should be the max (for a decent chance of keeping the lbs off long term).
I'm not sure why you thought eating at McDonalds would have any effect on burning off the fat faster. Junk food/fast food isn't conducive to weight loss at all, and most of McD's menu items would cause you to have to do extra workouts to burn off the additional calories.
Eat right (a healthy, well balanced diet, with a total calorie consumption that's healthy but encourages weight loss) and exercise for an hour a day 5 days a week...you should see results fairly quickly. Try stepping on the scales every few days, or once a week, so you'll be more apt to see a change than if you check your weight daily.
You can go here http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm for a calculator that will tell you your suggested daily caloric needs if you want to lose weight or maintain, based on your age, height, weight, and activity level.
There are also other calculators on that site that you may find interesting (suggested weight range, calories burned when doing particular activities, etc).

No - results will take longer to show. If you are looking for weight loss, I recommend checking the scale once a week - same day, same time, preferably in the morning after going to the bathroom, before eating/drinking anything. This is because your body changes throughout the week due to many different reasons. The best way to track actual weight loss is check the same time, same day.
Remember though, running and doing exercise will build some muscle - the scale weights total weight, not fat. Even though the scale isnt changing much, you could be the fat, but gaining muscle (which weights more). To see if you are actually slimming down, go by better measurements other than the scale - like how your clothes fit.
You should start notice results in a week or two, but depending on the results you want, it will take a while to get to your goal.
Eating McDonald's isnt the smartest, and if you want to eat right before you do exercise, think again. You want to exercise, then eat, you will burn more calories this way. You dont want to exercise after eating, your food sits in your stomach and this isnt healthy.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You can practice a lot of sports intensively. However, you must control your diet also. If you eat like a cow you will weight like it. I practice sports too, but I have an severe diet. You can visit a nutricionist and a physician to help with this. There are several drugs in the market to help controlling your apetite. Check this site:

One gains and looses weight daily. I'll recommend that you weight yourself either once a week or a month, that way you can track changes. When you exercise your muscles tend to hold or retain some water, so you might weight more.
