Try this website. It gives the phonetics of how to properly pronounce most wine varietals. It also gives definitions of the region and grape.

Pinot Noir (Pee-noe Nwahr)

Are you getting stuck specifically with Pinot Noir? If so, the proper pronunciation is

Pea-no No-(w)are. The "w" kind of slides right into the "are" part of the word.

Most wines have french or italian names. Go to a bookstore and get dictionaries for French and Italian and read the pronunciation guides.

Chablis= sha-blee
Sauternes= so-turn
Petit Syrah= petee surrah
Pinot Noir= pee know nwar
Pinot Grigio=pee know gree-zhee-oh
Cabernet =Cab-er-nay
Cabernet Sauvignon= cab-er-nay -sew-vin-yon

etc.
