If you believe it is a sin then yes. However, thinking sex is a sinful act means that you are not ready to enjoy it freely. It is not sinful. Make sure you are doing it because you want to, with someone you care about. Never do anything you are not comfortable with or unsure of. Enjoy it - that's what it's meant for and USE PROTECTION. It would be a sin if you fell pregnant or caught an STD through ignorance.

Enjoy.

You know if its making love its not a sin! If its sex yeah it is even on other days. So what would you prefer??? And to think my mother wanted me to be a priest when she had me. Good think my grandmother knew that was a non-starter.

You know what I have an idea that love making with you would be a religious experience that would be a holyday I would never forget.

No! The Catholic Church teaches that the marital act is THE avenue by which grace enters marriage. What better way to celebrate a Feast Day than with an abundance of Gods grace.

Well, if you're Christian, it's a sin to even wash dishes or take a shower on Sunday.

But then, a lot of the guidelines in that book were meant for Middle Eastern people several centuries ago.

I had never considered that - I don't do anything on Good Friday (apart from feast of the Pre-Santified and Reverence of the Cross) - I starve myself just in case it is a sin.

don't worry about it. God said remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. the Sabbath is Saturday, always was always will be, just because the pope changed it to Sunday and messed with the dates of holidays doesn't make it right. in fact, that's fulfillment of the prophesy about the beast changing the set days and times.

It's a sin to not make love on any day.

Oh for the love of Mike! Just get on with it! Religion walks in the door and common sense leaps headlong out of the window!

I haven't heard that one before. Seeing as God made us to enjoy sex I'm pretty sure he wouldn't mind a dalliance or two on Sunday (if you can get away from family long enough to have sex on Christmas or Easter I'd love to hear how you managed to swing that)
