In order to determine the amount of calories you need to eat we would need to know certain things about you. Like, height, weight how strenuous your workouts are. One suggestion I would have if you are able to, try to incorporate some weights into your regimen. If you go to a gym, try come circuit training on the machines. Light weight, high reps to tone up. The last 10 pounds are always the hardest. Try this eating schedule: Start your day like a King and end like a pauper. So try a big breakfast of protein (eggs) and whole wheat/fiber. And eat a sensible lunch, lean cuisine meal or fruit salad, then a smaller dinner. Try to incorporate fiber into your diet as well. Also, I suggest not eating 2 hours before you go to bed. If you have to eat something, make it a pear or apple. This is my opinions only, but I think it can help. But make sure you are eating enough, or your body will store whatever it gets causing the weight loss to stop. Good luck.

Hi Nikki,
Congrats on being a new mother! :)
As for the extra 10 lbs, I think I should be able to help :)
Would you consider a detox rather than just exercise?
I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 mths via a detox.
I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

Congrats on having the newborn!
Cardio!! If you're up to it, try going jogging. Running/jogging is the best thing you can do as far as cardio. Or try speed walking.
