Why? Because we have different experiences, tastes, and perspectives.
How? Sexual organs, belief in God(of any kind), we live in different states, your city and I'm country. I'm sure there's plenty more ways we're different but plenty of ways we are the same too.

I think geography and upbringing could be the biggest factors in the differences between us. We are products of our immediate environment and were raised by people who were affected by those things as well. Though we may have chosen, as adults, to break certain cycles and not adopt some of the behaviors we learned, we still have internalized quite a bit from home...conscious or unconscious, like it or not.
With that being said, that is how you & I are different. It certainly doesn't mean we can't relate, it just means we both may bring something unique to the table.

There are too many things that could be listed. However, I like the differences I have with people because it's not our similarities that we find intriguing in others around us it's the differences. What a boring world this would be if we were all the same.

There are any number of differences between us. At the biological level, there is less than 1/10th of 1% difference between you and any non-related person on the planet. Check out the human genome project for this:
http://www.genome.gov/17015412
As to our other differences, they can be explained in terms of our upbrining, mental capacity, environment and other factors. In order to conclusively nail down all the differences between us, I would knowlege of you that I will never possess, as well as knowlege of myself that I will likely never possess.
We are not, though, as I explained above, not all that different genetically. To me, this is a strong indication of our common ancestry: Adam and Eve. Seems the Bible is credible on this point of science...

Listen man, despite people saying "Everyone's the same" it's not true, and sometimes people seem to forget that we are all humans though and unique. Everyone has the same rights! (Or at least they should)
We are very diffrent but maybe the same in some ways
