"Comme vous arrivez a la fin de vos etudes secondaires..."
I just need to know if it's past tense or present as in does it mean "you have come to the end..." or is it "as you come to the end..."?

I would say that it translates as: "As you are reaching the end of your secondary school studies...." It is therefore present.

It is present tense and yes, it does mean..."as you come to the end of your secondary (university) studies" In French etudes secondaires means university level.

I guess the past would be "Comme vous êtes arrivés"

Past would be Comme vous etes arrives....

I don't speak french but I speak spanish, and both languages are similar, I think it says:" how are you doing at the end of your secudary studies?
