Can I just sit on the hill and record it? I wanna watch the lemmings. =)
What's funny is the Bible itself states the blind leading the blind will end up in a ditch. And yet, every single Christian I have EVER talked to, claims they are not blind.... they couldn't possibly be wrong. I wonder how deep that ditch is, cause I see a lot of people falling into it and it's because they do not read their own Bibles. They sit on their a$$es and let other people spoon-feed it to them.

It really depends on how they believe in Jesus. If they are actually claiming that the Bible is the inspired word of god then they probably should have a window installed in their stomach. That way they can see out.
If they are of a more liberal bent and see the Biblical accounts as myth then they really do not need to read the whole thing. But I doubt these folks would feel the need to have victory over other human beings.
How was that for a moderate answer? Some times I simply amaze myself. ;-)

Seems like it matches up pretty nicely.
Imagine being a Christian who held Ted Haggard's words close to your heart, and lived your life based on a belief system that he helped craft. It must have been devastating to find that he was dropping anchor in poo bay, and supported a mean drug habit.
Do you then apologize to those you proselytized based on that belief, or keep on plugging away, hoping for an answer from God?
The problem with reading the bible for answers though, is that it is too confusing and contradictory to glean a sense of what is right and wrong. Is touching women during menstruation a sin or not? Depends on what part of the bible you are reading at the time.

Well, to be fair, Disney filmers never pitched christians off a cliff to make a documentary better (as they have recently confessed to doing with their (in)famous lemming documentary). So lets leave the cute fuzzy creatures out of this ;)

At least I know lemmings exist. And they're entertaining too. I'd choose lemmings.
Read cover to cover three times...that was more than enough for me.

There is a huge difference between reading the Bible and understanding/applying what the Bible teaches.
If you read the Bible and do not apply it to your daily life, you are no better off than if you had not read it at all.

I'm not sure I understand this question. But so what if you HAVE read your bible cover to cover? Does that somehow exempt you from lemminghood?

Besides the fact that the believers too would lead us to the "victory" over the cliff?
