It seems to me that the best you could say about God is that he is grossly incompetent. He mucked up the first time, had to drown almost every living thing and couldn't even get it right the second time either. The world is a mess! Any normal person would have had the sack by now if they were in charge. Any time God wants to move over and give me a shot, I can guarantee I would make a *much* better job of it.

The God imagined by many religions as a cruel or kind king sitting at nth floor of the sky is as immature as them
God is no person ruling the world... it is supreme consciousness spread evenly in universe and beyond...He is the core of our being enjoying his creation
We see a part of the play and see it as chaos or as joy... if we see in totality like God does, nothing is wrong, negative or positive in the universe... each particle following the joy of creation and destruction

Right about now, 1974 years ago, Jesus was saying (or had just said) 'the god of this world is coming for me, ...(paraphrase mine) and he/'it' can find no sin, nor fault in Me; yet, 'it' is going to get these wicked jews and romans to murder Me' !! He added, 'if they will do this in the 'green season' (read, when the world was younger) what will they do in the 'dry season'? (read, NOW!!!)
God has worked tirelessly, with chosen women and men, across ALL generations to correct what went wrong (in prehistory) and to Evolve man/woman enough to close down this 'experiment'...this 'soul school' ...
I am ashamed that the church has not evolved adequately, taught at a higher level and been an instrument of our culture's evolution.
But, most certainly, I am not ashamed of God the Father, nor God the Son.

no, god is not in charge of this world; he gave it to us as a gift and therefore, this world is in our charge... it's more accurate to say that i am ashamed and saddened by what some major companies as well as individuals have done to this world, for example, dispense heavy toxins in the the land, air, and sea... and through the media into our spirits...
secondly, it is not god who is incompetent, it is we who fail to realize how it is important is for us to take care of the world, its citizens, its children...
and god has given you a lot of shots to make the world better and it's how you make a difference with every moment... and god still continues to give you shots... it can be as simple as offering help to a disabled person cross the street or showing simple kindness to those around you whether it be strangers and friends and family.... and if you have not done these simplest gestures, you still have a chance to wake up and be proactive rather than focus on blaming god...

God does not want it to happen. He allows it to happen, but because we desire and He does not interfere with our independent. The government doesn't like to construct prisons, but they do because they know there will be criminals. We are full of lusty desires to enjoy this world, and that makes to do criminal acts. God say don't do it, but we don't care about Him. If a child wants to touch fire, and father says don't do it, but the child insist, the father say OK, do it, and he get burn, then he blame the father. That is our position.
God is not in direct control, His material energy is, she is in control, and she is punishing us for our sinful activities, done by due to our lusty material desires. Who are you going to blame when you bite your tongue? or when you smash your finger with the door? Because you are not conscious. We are not conscious of God, therefore all mess is accredited to us. God is giving food to all living entities, from the elephant down to the ant, they have no problems. We as humans, we have problems, and we suppose to be more intelligent than those animals, why? because our greedy, envious, madness, and lusty nature.

In Christianity, you should know something: A devil exists. God didn' make the world the way it is, the devil did. But God made the world as he knew that there would come a day when evil will be removed, good enforced.

God is not at fault for our problems, we are. God gave us free will. Right now we all have the free will to accept Him into our hearts and ask forgiveness for our sins. One day, that will be gone. I will be in Heaven when that happens, there will be no sadness, hurt or death there, only happiness. Hopefully, you will come to believe it too. It will only be worse after the Rapture. For those who do not accept Christ before His second coming to earth, their fate will be even bleaker.
