Any category they wish to talk about. I would hope they would include a general "Religion" category for people who just wish to talk about religion in general.
Judging from the chat rooms, most will gravitate to "Christianity", just because Christianity is large and vocal. Hinduism an Buddhism will attract some atheists who think the philosophic side of the religion has merit. Islam will be mostly populated by Christians who like to bash Muslims and a few Muslims speaking in arabic or farsi.
Personally, though, I hope they don't split it up. There's some value in seeing the range of questions.

First of all, why should they fracture the R&S section? Just because the "fundies" of each faith are a bunch of brainless bigots who think they have a monopoly on the subject?
But personally, speaking in my capacity as an "atheist," I'd spend the most time in Christianity, because I live in a Christian culture, and therefore that's where I need to apply the medicine the most. Because atheism is really just a remedial "belief." In just the same way, Mother Teresa went where there were a lot of starving people!

Answer: All of the above.
I think it's time to give religion a healthy dose of reality and skepticism. Why not all of them?
Personally, I think it's hard to shower "blessings" of reason on those who consider no evidence (faith) as the basis for all of their beliefs. The best results will be found among religions who are most open to debate.

wherever they want to go, whatever they find more believabe. I am an atheist and if i had to choose on it would probably be either other faiths or hinduism and buddhism because atheists believe there is no god and so do buddhists!
Hope that helps :)

Do you really have such an uninteresting life that you have to post such a ridiculous question?
We'll go wherever there are interesting questions to answer, and when we have the need to ask a question it will be posted in the sub-category where it would get the most answers from those who are familiar with the subject matter.

Anybody with a drive to understand life will encompass as much of it as possible in order to get the bigger picture. As an Englishman I am still interested in World Affairs. To catagorise one's input by creed I find more than slightly ignorant.

I'd stick mostly with christianity because it's the one I've already studied but I would also go to the others to try and learn some more about them

Other faiths. But I think they should be able to "shower their blessings" in all fields. I personally enjoy some INTELLIGENT discussions. I don't mind atheists posting here.

Everywhere, although I personally would do better in the 'other faiths' section, because I'm also a pagan and a Taoist.

I used to hang out in astronomy and space until i got tired of seeing all the christians answering honest science questions with answers like "because its gods will" or "that's how god wanted it" or my favorite "open a bible you idiot, all the answers are there"
so i came here to do the same.
the way i see it, you keep your religion out of my science and i will keep my logic out of your fairy tails
