I bought a balance ball and the instructional dvd sucks. Anybody know any good ab exercises for the balance ball?

The Ab Crunch
To begin: Start with the middle of your lower back firmly against the top of a ball, hands behind your head without grabbing, and your knees bent slightly. Slowly extend backwards beyond 180 degrees and then crunch upward, holding the contraction for a second. The movement should be slow and deliberate– form is key here– your back should never leave the ball.

The Jackknife
Begin with your shoelaces on the top of the ball and upper body fully extended in push up position. Tighten your abs, keep your upper body steady, and pull the ball into your chest using your lower abs. Maintain a flat lower back throughout, resisting any tendency to arch it when pulling in. Hold the contraction for one second, roll the ball back out to starting position, and repeat for 15 reps. As this gets easier, increase the number of reps per set.

I don't know what the actual exercise is called, but it works the entire abdominal section.
1- Kneel in front of the ball.
2- Slowly roll yourself on top of the ball, placing your hands on the ground when you get near the floor.
3- Continue walking yourself out into a position that resmbles the top of a push-up.
4- Once your shins are resting on the top of the ball, stop.
5 - Contract your abs and slowly walk your hands in towards the ball. Your body will go upwards in an upside-down V and the ball will be near your ankles.
6 - Hold for 2 seconds and slowly walk your hands back to the starting position.
7- Do 3 sets of ten reps.

They are much harder than they sound and they are great! :-)
