In a 10 storey building, a man is found in the top floor apartment with 52 bicyles. How did he die and why?

He died from having a heart attack and it was because he took steroids to get all those bikes upstairs.
Either that or the Joker killed him.

It was a very haunted building and the 52 senior ghosts were teaching their children to ride bikes. They began by showing them how to ride up the stairs, and without seeing him, they all ran over the guy on the top floor because he was hiding under the bear skin rug from his mother-in-law that was due to visit in a few minutes. When they saw what they had done they fled and left the bikes where they were. And that is how he died. :)

Every week he went out for exercise and went by a bicycle shop.
He stole a bicycle and rode it home.
He intended to sell the bikes, eventually, but he had to take them apart to make room for their storage.
He stuck all the pieces into the apartment as best as was possible, but when his lease ended he had to decide on how to move all the parts. The chains were particularly difficult to deal with, so he assembled the chain links and strung them out around the apartment.
When our man reached the end of his one-year lease and his landlord came to visit, he panicked and was strangled by efforts to deal with the the chain.
It was an appropriate demise for our potential fence as he reached the end of his chain, was caught on his own chain-link fence.
