I too would love to hear the answer to this one. If they go thru all the changes to come here legally, why do they ***** when they get here? And as for the illegal aliens ,they just seem to want more and more without giving anything but cheap labor in return.
If your nation was so great then why didn't you stay there and make it even better ? Why did you come to America in the first place ? We can not solve your problems.America is a country not a "healer of all wounds" You get out of America
what you put into it. Nothing more.
If you get here and find you hate it or the streets aren't paved with gold the way you thought..then go home ..Go back to your own country and live where you love it so. America is far from perfect but we are far ahead of any other nation with opportunity's. Its up to you to find them and take them. America cant make you happy or rich if you don't have the desire and the willingness to look outside your own box. I too,am sick to death of the people that speak disparagingly about my nation. The good of this nation, far out weighs the bad. I love this country and if you don't want to be here then go back to your own nation. You can say what you want but it really makes the nay sayer look stupid and ungrateful to me.
Americans built America.

These people never did care about America, only what they can take from us. I would tell them all that if they hate this country so much they should go back where they came from and take their families with them. Since 50% of the African children suffer from AIDS or HIV, I would be very concerned about anyone working in the healthcare field from Africa or any illegal immigrants working in our healthcare fields. We need to ensure that people working in our food services and healthcare fields have comprehensive health check ups and if they have communicable diseases or are working in fields where they can transmit communicable diseases through accidental or deliberate exchange of bodily fluids or blood contamination. These people should not be allowed to be employed -- citizens, legal immigrants, or illegal immigrants. Too much risk.
Oh, and if they are illegal immigrants, I wouldn't hesitate to report them to ICE and the federal government. Become an investigator, ask questions, get their addresses and then report them all.

They want to come to the USA to enjoy the good life our way of life has brought us, but they want to bring their ways with them. The fact is, you can't have it both ways. Our country is fast becoming a third world nation due to the influx of immigrants who have no desire to become an American, but just want to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Unfortunately, the only way to stop this influx involves being very heavy-handed, which the USA has become very hesitant to be. I am talking about shooting those who trespass into our nation. This sounds horrible, but can you think of another way?

I don't think it is a hate America thing, but if you travel outside the US, you do find that personal relationships seem to be treated differently. Many foreigners feel that we aren't really that nice in interpersonal communications and have a tendency to come across coldly. To be honest, traveling in places like South America is really an eye opener because the value of friendships and family carries emotional overtures that are avoided here. It's not that we aren't emotional here, we just don't display our emotions like many people from other cultures. Sometimes this is mistook for unfriendliness.

well maybe these immigrants that you met are the kind of people that thought that if they came to America they won't have to work hard and try to be a part of the country but instead they just gave up and stopped trying or didn't try at all !

It is usually not the legal immigrants who speak out against the USA since they worked so hard to get here legally. It is the low life criminal illegals that are jealous because they let their country abuse them and they are too cowardly to take back their country!

That's the beautiful thing about America, no one forces you to stay. I cannot stand when people say that they "hate" America. If you hate it so much, there are plenty of other countries who would welcome you into the communist country with open arms. I'm not kidding either. I have a friend who came to America, loved it and was forced to go back to his country and work because they were having issues. (No one in America forced him to leave) he was devestated.
My family is third generation Germans, we don't complain about issues...if you don't like it...leave, plain and simple.

That's the $64,000 question!
NYC cabbies used to be the WORST for that nonsense, got so bad I used to ask that very question. Aside from being called a "racist", they never seemed to have an answer.
Personally, if I ever felt the need, or desire to leave my homeland, I think I'd be grateful for another county taking me in and I'd do EVERYTHING in my power to make myself the greatest guest that I could.
