I'm not saying I'm going to do this lol. I'm just wondering, and how much weight do you think you would lose in a week?

Oh and adding this all up I would only eat about 1500 cals. Maybe less.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

All youll do is throw your body and metabolism into an unhealthy cycle of starvation mode and pack on more weight as soon as you want that next cheeseburger.
Eat whatever you want from the five food groups,hon.
Just eat a portion that is what you would give a two or three year old.
I went from 231, to 130 in a year and a few months
Your body will adapt to the healthy amounts of food, vitamins and nutrients you give it, but your diet, girlfriend...
that is the road to anorexia.
Dont go there....please

You would lose weight but probably have bouts of fainting and low blood sugar...technically you could lose weight from just drinking water, which isn't smart at all...see what I'm sayin?

Its so unhealthy....WHy do people want to lose weight the unhealthy way.....Exercise.....EAT HEALTHY with a VARIETY of foods.....Fruit, Veggies, Lean meat, low fat dairy......U wont see results over night but at least in the long run you will be able to keep it off, and you wont jeoperdize your health....

When you stop this silly diet you will gain your weight right back.

probably, but you wouldn't exactly be healthy. A better approach would be to eat a balanced diet of smaller meals along with increased exercise.

You only going to eat water weigth and be very boring.The idea to be on diet is to change the bad habits and to cut the quantity of calories you eat, eat 6 small meals to accelerate the metabolims and do exercise.
