Companies that sell electronic components usually don't send out catalogs any more unless you order lots of components. Catalogs are expensive to produce and deliver. And they are outdated quickly. But you can search and order online.

Our company gets catalogs from Newark and Digikey.

I don't know about not getting a catalog. I've gotten them sent. I think what they do is charge you, but that cost gets refunded with your first purchase. Digikey, Newark, and Jamco are the ones I use.
