I didn't pay taxes because I didn't work for 4 years to get my bachelor's degree in accountancy. I am 37 years old. Will this cause a problem? Also I have very low GPA. Will they even consider me with these two negative items?

If you weren't required to file, that won't be a problem. The very low GPA could be - they have a certain number of openings, and like any other employer they try to choose the best qualified applicant. At 37, you might have other job experience that would be a plus to override the GPA.
