in the rear doors is a switch. Make sure they
are off. It is the child safety lock out system.
Also try to put
the unlock key in the door, turn left all the way,
then right to unlock. This may also reset that system

most likely it has to do with a engin imobilization system. consult your owners manual for their instructions on how to jumpstart it, otherwise if that does not work you should go to the dealership or other mechanics.
