its a quote by a feministic movement. in america when the movement started everyone was like WOMEN??? YUCK!!!!!
so they made this up saying that any man who is strong enough and secure enough would not to be threatened by a women who is also strong.
men used to think that any women who is into womens Liberation must either be mad or a girl to stay away from
this quote was to stop them from being threatened by modern women
