No, but several friends have - very interesting stories there. Gross but interesting.

It works of course, but takes a lot of getting use to and learning to cope with it.

Yes. It isn't a 'slimming pill'. It stops your body absorbing fat in your food. The fat is passed through the gut and out in the usual fashion. You are best to go on a low fat diet if you are taking them. If you eat as normal, the fat that isn't absorbed can be a lot and this can affect your need to visit the bathroom somewhat urgently at times and give you a loose greasy stool which can be a messy affair to clean up after. Sorry to be so graphic but this can happen and you should be aware of the effects. Good luck with your weight loss.

Of all the 'slimming pills' available it is undoubtedly the safest, since it is not systemically or neurologically active. It also scores well at producing sustained and maintained weight loss and is the only diet drug ever, to be given a long term maintenance licence.

Now the bad news it only really works in conjunction with a low fat, reduced calorie diet, ideally with regular exercise!

A multivitamin supplement is usually recommended daily before or after taking the pill when on Xenical treatment. This happens because Xenical diet drug interferes with our body's absorption of certain fat-soluble multivitamins.

I use Xenical when I go out for an Indian (eat as much as you like) usually I take tablet with me and the next day when I have lite meal I still take one. Theyare safe but you have to carry padsas it takes 2-3 days for most of the fat consumed to get out of your system. (don't forget to ware black trousers)
I'm on combination diet, I also take supplements like Hoodia, and blue/green algae supplement, slim fast after 6, and I'm still loosing weight. It takes time to loose weight so don't loose your hope.
