i just answered a similar ? about hills science diet. your hairball food is not on the recall list.
the only hill's food recalled was hill’s prescription diet™ m/d™ feline dry food. this is the prescription type that you can only get from a vet.

No Science Diet dry foods are on recall per the reports yesterday.

go to www.menufoods.com/recall Hills Science Diet is on the list, however I believe it is just the canned foods or you can go to Science Diets web site directly to be sure. The ingredient that has the rat poison it it is the Wheat Glutton, what I've been doing is looking on the label for that ingredient.
