No, that was a one-time thing.The blood was meant to seperate the Jew's homes from the Egyptian homes during the Plague of the Firstborn. We don't have firstborn dropping dead each Passover, we don't need to do the blood on the door thing.

No. The holiday is about a miracle that already occurred. There is no need to smear lamb's blood on the doorposts now, thousands of years after the fact!

NO. That was a ONE TIME EVENT.
In order to commemorate that event, Jewish homes have something called a mezuzah on the right side of doorways. It is a small case which holds a piece of parchment with a prayer written on it. We believe it protects the home and its inhabitants.

The blood was put on the doorpost as a sign for God to "pass-over" the Israeli houses.
Today the jews put on their doopost a "Mezuza" which contain certan verses of the bible
