Fresh drawn water, boiled, poured into a warmed teapot over delicate leaves of dried Assam tea, and a quick swirl using a teaspoon. Then a long sniff of tea aroma mmmmm before placing lid on teapot. Then place tea cosy over the pot to keep it nice and toasty. Then, as the tea is brewing, take a china cup and saucer and place same on the table with a satisfying clink. Place teaspoon on the saucer. Pour cold milk into a small jug and prepare a small bowl of sugar, if required. Remove the cosy and pour the warm brown aromatic liquid into the bowl of the china cup admiring the clarity of the amber liquid as it fills. Then add the milk and sugar to taste, stir and sit down relax and enjoy....aaaahhhhhhhhhh.
A nice biccie doesn't go amiss either

Oooh Ooh, a tea question! I love tea!

I take mine in a huge mug, milk and just a touch of sugar, 20 or 30 times a day!!

Pour boiling water into mug, dip in a teabag for about four seconds then add cold water so not to burn your mouth, absolutely lovely. Used to take it with milk and two sugars growing up but it's amazing how you can adjust, I used to be the first to say "oh how could you" when my sister made her tea black with no sugar.

Hot, earl grey is my fave with nothing in it,
if im going for an old cup of english breakfast then a spot of milk does the trick nicely.

Hot or iced, with sugar or honey.

Preferably Darjeeling or Green, though I'll drink just about any kind with the exception of Earl Grey, which is nasty, as far as I'm concerned.

I like typhoo mix of green & black tea. Really strong with just a drop of skimmed milk. Other than that I like green tea.

Sorry but tea does nothing for me, I like mine in the mugs I pass to visitors, most of whom drink tea or coffee.
