Soak it overnight in washing-up liquid and water, then lots of elbow grease.

You can do scrambled eggs in the microwave. I usually use a Pyrex jug or bowl, saves that nasty stuck-on saucepan to wash and they come out just as nice (and with no burnt bits!).

Not one person mentioned this product. I use a type of scouring wire mesh that I purchased at a home supply store. The product is sold in numbered gages and it's real use is for sanding dry wall.
I use it like an SOS pad or a pot scrubbing tool. Having a gas stove, I tend to burn my steel pans regularly on the inside and outside if the gas is set too high on the burners.
It is great for cast iron and stainless steel pot scrubbing. Try it.

Hi you will need to leave it to soak for a while in warm water and washing up liquid then try and scrub it off. What I do is usually straight after I have mad the scrambled egg I put it to soak so it doesnt get dried on. The when you wash up later on you will be able to wash it with ease.

The proteins is what makes them stuck. Leave the pan to soak in a good soapy water before washing it with a non abrasive pad or cloth, it should come off more easily.

Ian the best way to stop scrambled egg sticking is to heat some oil and then add a knob of butter. Once it's melted add the eggs and cook as normal. It shouldn't stick and it should brown nicely.

to get scrambled eggs from sticking to a non-stick pan make sure before you put the eggs on the pan that the knob is on medium or 3-4 if it's on a high number then they will cook to fast and stick
GOOD LUCK

Let it soak with a little dish soap and the hottest water you can get from the tap. Some companies make kitchen sponges with a srubber side that's supposed to be safe for teflon. Might not hurt to go buy one of those.

Pour some coca cola in the pan and bring it to the boil on the hob, let it simmer for a few mins - the egg should be easier to remove then.

Oh this has happened to me many times. Soak it overnight in hot soapy water, then take one of those green scrubbie pads to it. Should come right off.
