how do i change print size after editing email?(windows vista)?

Editing e-mail and printing is different matter.
First you play with your e-mail when you finally finish editing save it OK. Then by changing print size, if you want to print what you are looking just keep holding left mouse and move from where to where you want to print go to printing, when your printer setting shows choose Selected one ( I got Japanese version English may be different) and you will have what you want.

Or if by change print size you mean, A4, B5 etc first choose e-mail you want to print then from file got to printing then click printing and You wil see a window having information of your printer click on Setting then you will see various settings choose Paper setting and do what you want.
The best thing is play a lot print and test then you will understand.
