Their intellect is blocked and senses are locked to understand the truth. As the God Has left them on their own. So sad. They have become the enemies of their own selves.

Athiesm is not choosing the darkness. Athiests will see that there really is an afterlife when they die, and no, they won't be burning in a hell that doesn't exist. The best part about being alive is free will and they have the right to believe what they want. As long as they're not hurting anyone and are doing "good" to others and are full of love (which has 0% to do with any religion) they will be off to a happy afterlife like most people.

You are a bit mistaken. Atheists are not choosing "darkness over the light of God." You cannot choose between 2 things when you don't even believe that 1 of those 2 things exists. Atheists are not 'turning their backs on God' because you can't turn your back on something that is non-existant. I hope you understand the difference. It's not that Atheists are angry with God, we simply do not believe that He/She/It exists.

Why would a theist choose the darkness of superstition over the light of reason? There's a good reason why the triumph of science and human thought over religion and superstition was called The Enlightenment.

I feel your "light" is darkness. Darkness of giving something credit but no blame. Everything that goes on in the world that is good its because of god although everything that goes bad is our fault. You could have your lies and your hate of other religions. Although i would rather live life instead of worshiping something that i don't know is really there.

I don't know, tell god to show himself along with his light. How can you say God is light and Atheist is darkness when you hadn't actually seen it?

I didn't "choose" anything. I did research, studied, thought about it, and came to the conclusion that made the most sense. That conclusion has nothing to do with what I want or what I'd prefer; it's just what I determined to be the truth.

What are you talking about? What darkness? It is organized christian religion, and their leaders, that are living in the underworld. They can never teach the truth because they would be exposing their own selves! The saints set the snare themselves.

Atheists, first of all, don't really believe in the metaphor of Darkeness and Light, and they don't believe in the metaphor of "The Light of God," and they don't believe in the metaphor of "God."
God is simply a metaphor to what we would like to be.
