I would say about 20%. I really think that I am being a little generous with that.

That would be hard to estimate.

Personallly, I have read it straight through 3 times and have been studying it for over 30 years.

It is always good to read it for yourself and not take what your "preacher, pastor, priest, etc.. says for granted. Men can be wrong in their interpretations and sometimes add their own "assumptions" and "ideas" to different aspects of Bible teachings.

The key to understanding the Bible is not only reading it but studying it and applying it to your daily life.

I read it 3 times cover to cover.
Countless other times looking stuff up.
My reading and understanding of it is part of what led me to reject it and drop Christianity.
So it's probably better that most Christians who are comfortable with Christianity never read the entire bible.

I'm a Christian. I've read most of it, but I've not been a believer for all that long. Most of the Christians I know have read it through more then once and have MANY!! passages (even the long ones) committed to memory. They amaze me.

Who knows anything? How many people know something? What number do you start with in order to figure out how many people who haven't volunteered the information are there who have done something, or think something?

And people are on about logic all the time. And use it so infrequently.

Many

Just not cover to cover in a contiguous manner.

I've read it all the way through several times. It is what led me to leave the church.

Well, never saw a survey or such thing on that subject and I doubt if they did one it would be accurate anyway. But I guess about 80%.

I would say most, but fewer of the younger ones as they have not had as much time.

Peace!
