No, is the fundamental answer to this question. The christian faith believes pagans to be satanic and of the dark arts. But, ALL of the christian festivals ie christmas, easter etc have their origins in Pagan worship.
Pagans were here first many thousands of years before the christians and that is something that the christians as whole have no idea of and choose to ignore the fact.

By definition, these two terms are mutually exclusive. There are people who like to celebrate Christianity in a pagan way (most Christians actually) but ultimately, if they are believers of Christ, they are not pagan but Christian (no matter how much magic they try to do).

Many Pagans did become Christians. Many Pagan rituals were adopted by the Christian church. It's not a weird question- Just uninformed. Now you are.

I many places other than Europe and the United States, people practice both Christianity (usually Catholicism) AND Earth spirituality/indigenous religions.
These serve different purposes in their lives.
They go to mass for....whatever reason they go to mass...but when it comes to crop fertility or kids, they practice their earlier religious traditions.
I don't know if their priests consider them "Christian" or not, but they are certainly not kicked out of mass.
It's pretty much the case that it's only in Europe and the U.S. that these religions are seen as polar opposites rather than complimentary.

I guess. Pagans aren't bound to one god(s), many of them worship different gods. I guess if you included the christian god in the mix, you would some form of a christian. You would be breaking one of their commandments, which to them is a sin. But, according to their teachings, all sins can be forgiven.
So, why not. I guess it is really up to you.
