Most countries require animals go into quarantine for some period of time before they can enter the country.

I would get a copy of all of the Veterinarian records , MAKE CERTAIN YOU HAVE THE SHOT RECORDS. Keep them with your own travel papers.

Depends on where you leave from? All dogs IN Europe need a European passport to travel in or out of Europe.

Uhh I dont believe you need to. I dont even think it is possible to make a dog passport. but if it isnt invented yet you should invent it. you could make big money.
