To "Steve b" That's a negative regarding my trying to make it a racial question! Apparently you're mistaken.

White chocolate lacks anti-oxidants but is sweetest of all chocolates.

Dunno, I think it was milk chocolate which is the most damaging to the free radical cells ... sugars & preservatives. This is the favorite to make Chocolate Bunnies so I'm guessing Chocolate Jesus was made from this.

Dark Chocolate (80% Coco or more) is what helps keep you young, but often it's bitter & tastes like chalk. However, Godiva has a spectacular 85% chocolate that is mighty sweet.

Oh come on! lol

It wasn't even good. The lower half of the body looked amatuer in it's design.

Besides, really good white chocolate would be too soft.

It's a splendid statue. It's made of milk chocolate so it should be acceptable to everyone. I have no idea why the fundies prefer to have chocolate bunny rabbits...

I think christians are mad because chocolate represents food, and they dont want to be seen as cannibals, i know its hypocritical because they eat Jesus flesh and blood during communion, but christians love the double standards.

christians hated art in the middle ages, what makes you think now is any different?

Christians were just upset that Jesus had no clothes on and that it was displayed around our most Holy Holiday. Not everyone thinks of things in terms of dark and white as a racist like yourself does. And yes, your question does reek of racism only people seem afraid to speak the truth.

May God Bless you.

Don't think the color had anything to do with but apparently you are seeking to make it a race issue. How good of you.
After all everything is a race issue, isn't it?

Since it was dark chocolate, the anatomy was properly proportioned. It is P**** envy that everyone is suffering from.

I can only speak for myself on this matter. The color of the chocolate did not bother me, what bothered me was that it was going to be unveiled during one of the holiest weeks (according to the Catholic Church) of the year and I see it as disrespectful. Also the fact that it was a naked Jesus was not right either, in those times people were not crucified naked. Some people call it art I call it offensive.

Does it matter if Jesus is white, black, asian, or whatever. The question should be "Do you have Jesus as your Lord?" It makes NO differance what He looks like at all.
