Better than a fried egg or omelet! They have quite a bit of protein, and unfortunately some cholesterol in the yolk. But last I heard it was still OK to eat them in moderation, like 3 times a week.

That depends on your body. The egg white is almost entirely protein. The yellow is very high in triglycerides, albumin and some uric acid. If you are on a weight training program egg protein is very good source of amino acids.
