Nothing is after death. Death is the finale.
This from Carl Sagan:
"I would love to believe that, when I die, I will live again; that some thinking, feeling, remembering part of me will continue. But, as much as I want to believe that, and despite the ancient and worldwide cultural traditions that assert an afterlife, I know of nothing to suggest that it is more than wishful thinking".

I believe we cannot know for sure what happens when we die. I do think matter is just frozen energy. I believe people have tried to capture what happens when we die in words and poetry but have failed miserably. I do think the universe is a large place and their is alot we still do not know. I think when we pass on its greater then anything we can comprehend, like 11th dimensional supergravity. I do not think being "good" or "bad" has anything to do with it, being just products we have created from our abstract thinking. However the question should be, will sentience be anything like what we consider it to be now after we die? I doubt it. However about matter being frozen energy, oftimes in areas of a supposed "haunting" electromagnetic radiation is said to be at a higher level then in other places. In a response to Ida, the ancient egyptians believed many of those same things, very interesting, however primitive it may be.

You are kept in a perpetual state, until the time when God decides to call and end, and he ends the physical life of everyone.
After this, He will then bring everyone who ever lived back to life, and we will all be in the same boat, awaiting judgement.
Through the prophets he will deliver His judgement, and they will speak exactly as He tells them to speak.
And everything that happened in everyones lives will be known to everyone who was involved so that everyone knows exactly where they stand, and what is the truth.
After the Judgement, and according to your sins, the unclean people, or bad people will be cast into the fire along with Satan for a thousand years until they are purged of evil, and made clean.
Then, they will rejoin the rest in heaven.
While the best of us are given the oppotunity to meet God Himself.
Then the process of the Universe will start again.

The Bible teaches some pretty sobering things, including:
* We will stand before a righteous judge when we die.
* We are all sinners, unworthy to be let into a perfect heaven.
* Followers of Christ who have repented and surrendered control of their life to Him will receive mercy.
* Non believers will receive justice
* Mockers and scoffers will be treated especially harshly.
* It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of an angry God.

Nothing.
Duh. ¬_¬
If there were anything, I might actually be wary of death.... but I can be content knowing that I will cease to exist when I die.
