People say his color dosen't matter when history shows he was a Black man. If the truth was 'forced', people would not degraded blacks the way they currently do. People are going to be shocked when judgement takes place because a black man is going to rule the nations of this earth and all that don't fall in line will no longer exist upon the earth.

I do believe Jesus was black. Or atleast closer to African decent than to how he appears in the Western Media. I believe he was Ethiopian. Before Christ, Ethiopia was a haven for Black (African) Jews. After Christ's death and ressurection, Ethiopia was one of the first places where the masses began to worship Him.
I do think the appearance that Christ has taken in the West is important. Before coming to the new world, whites never portrayed Jesus as white. There are still hundreds of paintings and statues of "Madona Negra" and Black Jesus across Europe.
The depiction of Christ did not change until after Europeans came to the new world and started importing slaves. Having a black or dark skinned God who looked more like the ruled than the rulers would not work.

I actually believe He was more of an Indian descent because he was from Nazareth, but you are right he was a dark skinned man. I think that all colors of people tend to picture Jesus as their own nationality, because God said that He created man in His own image. So people just try to categorize Him in their image, I think that people can relate to Him better that way. After all, He is all things to all people who accept Him. I think ALL will be surprised when we actually see Him. Personally, I don't care what color he is. He could be purple for all I care, He is my Savior no matter what color He is!

What if he was an alien that was green. Then there would be no arguments. We are all the same color underneath the skin. Human beings. The devil wants to keep as many of us as possible confused and fightinging over dumb stuff.The rest of the people he wants them to believe that he doesn't even exsist . His plan is working quite well.

Where in the Big Book did you read that Jesus was of any color? Did he stand in the Garden Of Gethsemane, raise his hands and scream "I am a black dude and i will die on the cross to save your sins?"The son of God walked the earth as the son of God, bringing ALL peoples unto Him. Believers came and worshiped and unbelievers gathered their own and created their own God.

I dont know where you are getting your information about Christ being black..but you need to reread your information and read your bible. He was not of African decent. He was a jew born in Bethlehem. A hebrew nation.
People change his color to fit their nationality. Who cares what color he is. He is my savior and that is all that matters.

History shows he was a jew, not a black man. And the renaissance artists used white models because that is who they had available.

Evidence does not show Jesus as a black man, or a white man. He was Jewish... Personally, I don't care what race he was he is my savior he could be green for all I care =)

He was Jew, not of african descent.
Artists throughout the centuries have depicted Jesus in many ways - black, white, asian, etc. because artists want to speak to their ethnic group. They are also using models of their culture to draw from. It's what they are familiar with.
But Jesus was a Hebrew....a Middle Eastern Jew.

It doesn't matter what propaganda whitey spews out, we all know that Jesus was Jewish, and his ancestors were Hebrew. Arimaic is a translation out of the Hebrew language.
